An email from a bride
I just got an email from a client in an airport; the bride is at the airport waiting for her flight to Turkey, where she is flying me to shoot her upcoming wedding any day now. She has sent me a list of hat she is carrying. In tow: passport, fabric, tablecloths, cameras, cardstock, clothespins, glass evil eyes to hang from trees, tickets, rings, feathers, veil, polaroid cameras, polaroid film packs, ammonites, chargers, a book, a Dress, a laptop. And sudden breaking joy. I love being a new york city wedding photographer. How else can I get to globe trot AND photograph ?
