The Acoustic Guitar Lesson That Required No Acoustic Guitar
I love to learn new things. If something seems remotely interesting, or potentially rewarding, I’ll sign up. I even signed up for an acoustic guitar lesson without even owning guitar, or even ever planning to buy one. I just showed up at the lesson empty handed, and figured I’d at least learn something. Which is exactly what happened. The instructor was one of the most interesting people I’ve ever met. He spent the entire first class talking about music, where it comes from, how it’s related to our heartbeat, and how we learn to appreciate a consistent beat even before we are born. I’m always amazed at the incredible information that is out there just waiting to be picked up.
