What Is The Best Heating System For an Apartment?
I live in an apartment that is old. It is so cold here and the apartment manager will not turn any heat on during the night. He said that the cost is to high and the heat has to be turned off during the night. We have started to look for a new apartment. There is an apartment that uses a radiant hot water heating systems. They tell us that the temperature is very controlled and does not fluctuate very much at all. They installed this system because it was environmentally friendly. We are going to move to this apartment next week.
