Providers are offering liberal benefits to consumers after VoIP
VoIP has brought about a more liberal regime than what was prevalent prior to it. Prior to VoIP, providers were ruthlessly charging high rates from consumers for the telephone services they were using. But since there is a stiff competition among VoIP providers, voip is being offered at the most reasonable rates. Providers want to offer more things to consumers for which they have already launched many research and development programs. They want to bring out many exciting and interesting features with which they can please consumers and retain their loyalty. With these features, they can also get new consumers and improve their market share.
