Bad Karma

It’s absolutely amazing that asbestos is still being used for a number of products.  The EPA has clearly stated that asbestos is a known carcinogen and is definitely responsible for a majority of mesothelioma cases.   Even though the EPA had tried to ban the substance in 1989, that ban was overturned in court and the material is still used.   The companies that pushed for the ban to be overturned are the most at risk from the increasing number of civil suits.   For those patients who are diagnosed, they should seek counsel immediately from qualified Mesothelioma Lawyers.  The companies that wanted the EPA ban overturned should have to pay for that.
