Starting your home workout plan is not going to be hard, so dont even think about it like it is going to be. Get yourself a good sturdy bench a barbell and a set of adjustable dumbells. After you get these realativly inexpensive peices of gym equipment you will be on your way. The next thing you will need to do is some good research. Look at the right places for the right exercises. Dont just wing it, this will only lead to frustration. Start with fast workouts that wont take you very long to get through. This will give you a sense of acomplishment.
