How I gave up the paper map
One of the handiest inventions for the automobile is the GPS. I used to have paper maps and atlases in my car when I travel all around the country. When I got an auto gps system installed, I was skeptical as to how useful it would be. I found out that I could not live without it. I use it to find gas stations, addresses, and even phone numbers. Phone numbers are very handy because I can make a dinner reservation while en route to the restaurant. Today, I got rid of all of my outdated paper maps and rely upon the GPS for getting around.
