what are you lookinh for

when you are getting over a cold it is tough to be sure that you are getting the workoits that you really want t get and make them effective. should you even really even workout when you are sick with a cold.easy new diet to follow are not reh ones that you are looking for. it is not a good thing to do this because it could be caused by over training to begin with, i know that has happened to me in the past and i do not want it to happen that is for sure because it is such a huge set back. it is the not a good thing.
