An Alternative to Running
I have always loved to exercise, but lately it has been a lot harder. Whenever I would go running I would get a terrible pain in back. I friend of mine suggested an alternative. She said that I should try swimming to get my exercise. She said that swimming in a heated pool can really help sore, tired back muscles. She is a member of a local health club and she brought me as her guest. We went swimming together, and my back didn’t hurt! In fact, if felt great. I am going to sign up for the health club as well so I can swim all the time.
