Depression and Exercise
I have been battling depression for several years. I had tried all type of medications but they all had some type of side effect that I didn’t like or enjoy. I found that walking was one way to make me feel better. After a year of walking, I decided to kick up my work out to another level. With the help of a personal trainer chicago, I was able to find the work out that totally gave me a feeling of joy after I was done. I now have a good attitude and positive outlook on life due to my new personal trainer.
