Like Father Like Son In a Bad Way
Our friends Jeff and Christine had us over for dinner last night and she prepared this wonderful Italian feast. We had lasagna, salad, garlic buttered toast and this wonderful decadent dessert. It was wonderful, but I had the worst heart burn afterwards. This has been happening more and more later and I know that I need to make changes to the way I eat. An acid reflux diet, I’m sure, is in my future. I’ve just been putting it off because I love good food and lots of it. My father had this problem all his life and it always made parties end on a sour note.
