Grandparents Switched Their Television Service
My grandparents greatly needed to upgrade their television service, for they had been with the same one for over forty years. They were afraid it would not be user friendly, and be too confusing for them to learn. Direct TV Packages called them with an incredible offer, and they subscribed immediately. Upon installing the system, the technician took the extra time to explain everything to my grandparents, so that they would understand everything. Today, you can not drag them away from their TV set. They operate the remote like an old pro, and are very happy they switched television services.
