Our Neighborhood Full of Kids
My wife and I found a home in a neighborhood full of children. This was exactly what we were looking for because we were ready to start our own family. There is a little girl who lives across the street from us with a condition called IVA. It means she can not eat normally because too much protein could cause her body to go into a metabolic crisis. Her parents monitor her eating very closely and so far they have had no major episodes. Once we had our own children, we started having playdates with the family across the street from us.
