Problems At My Restaurant
I own a small restaurant and I specialize in home cooked meals. I have been pretty successful and most of my days are very good, but today was one of those days. My waitress called off sick and we were expecting a very busy day. My dishwasher was not working properly so I had to call the warewashing department to purchase a new one. We ran out of hamburger buns and we had a very difficult customer. This was a day that is better to leave behind and not dwell on. Tomorrow is a new day and I am certain that it will be much better.
