Nutrition for Runners

I just completed week 3 (although I have not done my workout for today) and have had significant improvements. I began with Volume 1 after not running any over the past year. In just 3 short weeks my daily energy level has increased, my maintainable speed during the workout has increased by 1 mph in both walking and jogging, my breathing has become more steady, running technique has improved because of your personal instruction and with a balanced nutrition for runners diet, I have lost nearly 10 lbs.

I have been truly amazed at how easy it is to complete the workout sessions because of your personal instructions throughout. Having you coach me throughout the workout keeps me motivated to do better and no give up. My wife is using the program too and has had similar results. It is helping us both to become more fit and fell better about ourselves everyday.Thanks for all your help.
