South riding in Virginia is known as an unincorporated community. Believe it or not the current population is around 15,000 with over 6000 houses. The community is not even completed yet. There are homes, condos, townhomes and more. South Riding houses are in Chantilly, Virginia. The first sale was in June, 1995. The ability to walk to any quantity of shops, restaurants, pools, schools and other amenities is priceless. The neighborhood borders Rt. 50, and is close to Route 28 and the Dulles Toll Road. There are not too many communities these days that you can walk through our weekend and get anywhere and everywhere you would want to go.
