US Work Visa
The H1-B visa i.e. US Work Visa allows you to work for a U.S. employer for three years. This can be renewed once. You can not change employers. This type of visa is reserved for jobs that require a certain level of qualification (you need proof that your degree is equivalent or more advanced than the “Bachelor’s Degree” degree in four years at an American university, and your studies must be relevant to the work you intend to perform). There are allowances for this type of visa, so your application may be refused. Plus you Qualified easier it is to get it.
